Expiry date of services?

Hosting and VDS services can be temporarily unblocked for use even after they have been significantly expired in the control panel.

Virtual hosting

deactivated on -1 day after the expiration date;

deleted for non-payment on -96 days ;

test hosting is deactivated on -1 day ;

test hosting is removed for non-payment on -15 days ;

VDS server

deactivated on -1 day after the expiration date;

deleted for non-payment on -21 days ;

test VDS is deactivated on -1 day ;

test VDS is deleted for non-payment on -3 days ;

DS server in Ukraine

deactivated on -1 day after the expiration date;

available for recovery for another 10 days ;

DS server in Germany

deactivated on day 0 of the validity period;

deleted for non-payment for -1 day without the possibility of recovery ;

File storage

is deactivated on day 0 of the validity period;

deleted for non-payment for -1 day without the possibility of recovery;

Also, for greater convenience, you can add our Telegram bot as an additional communication channel and we will send notifications about the expiration of services to the messenger as well. For our part, we always try to meet you in order to avoid the suspension of the sites and the deletion of files, always warning in advance about the expiration of the service period by email, telegram or calls. We recommend paying for services in advance in any convenient way.
