Complaints about domains

If you need to report an incident related to a domain registered through Cityhost that may be used for fraud or other malicious activities, please contact us at abuse@cityhost.net.ua.

In your request, please be sure to provide the full domain name and include the following information:

Your contact details: name, email, and phone number for feedback.
The domain that you believe violates the law or the rights of third parties.
A description of the harm caused with sufficient detail for an investigation.

Each request is reviewed by a specialist from our abuse team.

Upon receiving a complaint, we will take the necessary measures for its prompt and objective consideration. If the request concerns a possible violation of copyright or trademark rights, the relevant information will be forwarded to the domain owner.

In cases where the complaint contains confirmation of illegal activity, dissemination of unwanted content, or spam, we will take appropriate measures. At the same time, Cityhost does not guarantee a specific outcome, as it does not have the authority to independently establish guilt or bring charges against users.

We also reserve the right to request additional information or clarifications regarding submitted requests.

For convenience in tracking, each request is assigned a unique identification number.

Requests that do not contain the requested information, namely – domain, email, and phone number for feedback will not be processed.
