Extra Day: activation of the service with deferred payment

Extra Day allows you to continue using our services even after the main service has expired. We care about you, so if you find yourself in a situation where you cannot pay for the service immediately, we give you the opportunity to activate the service for 10 days without immediate payment.

Features of the Extra Day:

• - This service is available for shared hosting and VDS servers.
• - Extra Day activates your main service for 1 day with the possibility of extension, the date and time of deactivation will be indicated in your control panel.
• - To activate for more than 1 day, you will need to repeat the procedure the next day.
• - The service is available for 10 days after the expiration of the main service
• - After the payment is received, the validity of your main service will not be shifted
• - The service can only be activated by the account owner or a person to whom the rights to manage the service have been delegated.
• - Does not apply to test hosting/VDS

How does it work?

To activate the Extra Day for the Shared hosting:

Go to your Control Panel [link to Control Panel] - Hosting 2.0 - Select Hosting - Manage

You will see a notification about the possibility to activate the service for 1 day: 

When you click the button, the changes take effect immediately.

To activate Extra Day for VDS servers:

Go to your control panel [link to control panel] - Virtual servers - Select VDS - Manage VDS.

You will see a notification about the possibility to activate the service for 1 day:
