The domain is registered with another company. How to send it to our hosting?

You can send a domain to our hosting server in two ways.

Option 1. On the side of your current registrar, install the NS server of your hosting server within our company. You can always find the necessary NS for installation in the section:
[https://cp.cityhost.ua/myhosting/ -- Management]








Option 2. On the side of your current registrar or service, whose NS you have installed for the domain, in the DNS configuration for the domain, send the address record of the domain (A-record) to the IP address of your hosting server, which you can find in the section:
[https://cp.cityhost.ua/myhosting/ -- Management -- Sites]



Please note that a full cycle of updating DNS records takes 72 hours.
