How to transfer a domain to another Cityhost user?
To change the domain owner between Cityhost clients, you need :
- Go to the section:
[cp.cityhost.ua -- Domains -- Domain management -- Domain transfer to another account]
- In the menu that opens, enter the email of the new owner's account or its ID [1]
- - the transfer of the domain to another user's account is carried out under the condition that the CURRENT owner of the domain matches the owner of the account to which you are transferring the domain;

- - if the owner of the domain and the owner of the account do not match to which you want to transfer the domain do not match you need to go through the procedure of changing the contact data of the owner of the domain (for this, check the box "Change profile for the domain") [2].

- - on the page that opens, fill in all the fields according to the instructions How to change the contact details of the domain owner?
Next, click on the "CONTINUE" button:
- The domain transfer application is considered on a first-come, first-served basis within THREE WORKING DAYS from the moment of its submission.
- In case of non-compliance with the procedure, a letter with further instructions will be sent to your email.
- If the application is approved, a letter will be sent to your email with information about the successful transfer of the domain.
PLEASE NOTE: the procedure for transferring a domain to another account cannot be canceled after the application has been confirmed.
