How to get the original contract and acts of completed works?

You can get accounting documents through Vchasno, Paperless or Medok electronic document management systems. In the process of invoicing for payment for a legal entity, you must independently choose one of the proposed document exchange services. It will also be necessary to fill in data about the paying company. After receiving the payment, our accounting department will prepare a complete package of documents and send it to you via the selected service.

The Cityhost company is on the way to a complete transition to electronic document management. Refusal of paper corresponds to today's ecological trends and helps preserve nature for posterity. Each document in the document management system contains an electronic digital signature (EDS) of the responsible persons and has the same legal force as the paper version.

If your company does not use electronic document management systems, we can prepare physical copies of documents with wet seals and send them by mail. The deadline for sending documents in this form is up to 7 working days.

To receive physical copies, send a request to billing@cityhost.net.ua from the e-mail address specified during account registration. This is required to identify you as the owner of the services. Example letter:
