How to make a refund?

  1. Only refunds are made in full on the personal balance of your account;
  2. The refund period for the shared hosting service is 30 days from the moment of the order. Refunds are not provided for services paid for more than 30 days ago;
  3. refunds for domain name registration are not provided by the registry ;
  4. refunds for renting virtual/dedicated servers/storage, test servers, SSL certificates are not provided , the service is provided for the entire ordered term;
  5. the period of consideration of the application for refund is up to 14 days .

 

For legal entities

a letter requesting a refund must contain the following information:

 

  1. date, amount, number of the payment order, according to which the funds were sent;
  2. the reason for the refund;
  3. signature of an authorized person (chief accountant, director), company seal;
  4. signature, date;
  5. to return the money, you must send a statement and the entire list of documents to us at the postal address: 03067, m. Kyiv, a/c 39, Oleg Rivtin, LLC "SITIHOST" or send the documents signed using EDS to the electronic document management system (you can clarify the possibility of exchange technical support request);
  6. after sending the application, be sure to notify the technical service about this fact by email support@cityhost.net.ua or via [request from the control panel] . We always try to fulfill requests in a timely manner, if the period for consideration of the request for a refund has passed and no response has been received - please clarify the status of the request in the support service by attaching information to identify your request (date of sending, method of sending, etc.).

 

For individuals

submit a request [from your personal account] with a request to return the funds, which must contain the following data:

 

  1. date, amount, copy of the receipt, number of the plastic card with which funds were sent;
  2. the reason for the refund;
  3. copy of passport (1 and 2 pages);
  4. the number and name of the owner of the plastic card to which the refund can be made;
  5. we always try to fulfill requests in a timely manner, if the period for reviewing the refund application has passed and no response has been received, please check the status of the application with the support service.
