Migration of the site from other hosts

You can submit a request when ordering hosting services by checking the "Transfer of the site from another hosting" option, or submit a written request from your personal account.

Our technical support provides a free website transfer service from other providers under the following conditions:

   1. The hosting to which the site is being transferred must be renewed for at least 1 month. Free transfer is not available during the free/test period of hosting.

   2. The client must provide current access data to the control panel from the previous hosting. If additional security methods, such as two-factor authentication, are enabled on the previous hosting, they must be disabled during the transfer process.

   3. The number of free transferable sites depends on the chosen tariff plan:

   4. The volume of data being transferred (site files and database) must correspond to the ordered hosting tariff plan.

   5. The transfer must be physically possible; the previous host must have the appropriate tools and the ability to upload site files without hindrance.

   6. The site is transferred to the same domain. If you need to rename the site, you can do it yourself after the transfer.

   7. The transfer is carried out within 3 working days, but we try to complete everything on the day of the transfer order.

   8. During the transfer, you cannot edit or make changes to the site, as these changes may disappear during the transfer process.

   9. Transferring a site to a VDS/DS server is only possible if there is a control panel on the server.

   10. The transferred site is configured to work from our hosting servers, and at the end, we provide all the necessary consultation on working with our services. We do not perform fine-tuning of plugins, modules, templates, order forms, email sending, etc.

   11. Transferring mailboxes and emails is not performed.

   12. Typical sites written in PHP/HTML/CSS or built on CMS such as WordPress, etc., are transferred. However, it is important to note that we do not perform transfers for complex projects built on frameworks that require a deep understanding of the structure of this project, which is only available to the developers of this project, not our technical support.
