Site transfer from other hosts

You can submit a request when ordering hosting services by checking the "Transfer site from another hosting" item, or submit a written request from your personal account .

Our technical support provides the service of free transfer of sites from other providers under the following conditions:

   1. The hosting to which the site is transferred must be extended for at least 1 month. There is no free transfer during the free/test hosting period.

   2. The customer must provide up-to-date data to access the control panel from the previous hosting. If additional security methods, such as two-factor verification, are enabled on the previous hosting, it must be disabled during the transfer.

   3. The number of free transferable sites depends on the selected tariff plan:

    4. The amount of data to be transferred (site files and database) must correspond to the ordered hosting tariff plan.

    5. The transfer must be physically possible, the previous hoster must have the appropriate tools and the ability to download the site files without obstacles.

    6. The site is transferred to the same domain. If necessary, rename the site, you can do it yourself after the transfer.

    7. Transfers are made within 3 working days, but we try to complete everything on the day of the transfer order.

    8. During the transfer period, you cannot edit or make changes to the site, as these changes may disappear during the transfer process.

    9. Transferring a site to a VDS/DS server is possible only if the server has a control panel.

   10. The transferred site is configured to work from our hosting servers, and at the end we provide all the necessary advice on working with our services. We do not perform fine-tuning of plugins, modules, templates, order forms, sending letters, etc.

   11. Mailboxes and letters are not transferred.

   12. Typical sites written in PHP/HTML/CSS or built on CMS like WordPress etc. are ported. However, it is important to note that we do not carry out migrations for complex projects built on the basis of frameworks, which require a deep understanding of the structure of this project, available only to the developers of this project, not to our technical support.
