In August we are focusing on speed and convenience: we are launching VDS with NVMe drives in the Ukrainian location for Linux and Windows and simplifying domain management thanks to changing contacts in WHOIS right in the dashboard. In addition, we announce price updates from September 1 with the option to lock in the current price in advance. Details — below.
Launched VDS with NVMe drives in the Ukrainian location for Linux and Windows
You asked — we delivered! In the VDS lineup hosted in Ukraine, configurations with NVMe drives are now available — for both Linux and Windows.NVMe is a faster new-generation storage. It reads and writes data noticeably faster and with lower latency than SATA SSD and HDD, so pages open faster, the database responds quicker, and backups and file imports take less time.
Added the ability to change domain contacts in WHOIS
You can now change the owner’s contact data directly from the dashboard in “Domains” → Domain management → Contacts (WHOIS) → Select Owner profile (data in Whois) — view/edit.
For individuals, three application methods are available:
- Via the email specified in WHOIS;
- By uploading the application and photos of documents;
- By signing the application in “Diia”.
For legal entities, only the documents option is available. Under each field in the form there are hints with requirements for attachments.
Exceptions: in the .DE and .UA zones, changes are possible only via documents; in mirror domains, contacts change simultaneously in both.
This update significantly simplifies the contact change procedure, which previously was possible only by submitting documents and with the participation of support specialists. Now you can do it yourself in a minute — you only need access to the registration email.

Updating service pricing
Starting September 1, 2025, we are updating prices for four services:
- Hosting: +25%;
- VDS (VPS): +15%;
- Storage: +20%;
- The price increase for dedicated server rental will be calculated individually depending on the configuration and will average no more than 10%.
Important! We do not recalculate already paid services; they continue to be provided at the old prices until their expiration date. In fact, the cost for you will rise only at the next renewal. You can also renew services at current prices until September 1, 2025.
Please note that when ordering/renewing hosting and virtual servers in advance, you receive an additional discount from 2% to 40%.
Automated ordering of VPS with IPv6
After we fully automated the installation of VPS/VDS on Linux and later on Windows, it is now the turn of IPv6 configurations. Ordering and activation of VPS with IPv6 now occur without a specialist: you choose a plan — the system configures the server and connects IPv6 automatically.
Added information about linked domains to contact profiles
Now in “Domains” → “Profiles” in the hosting control panel it is easy to see which domains are linked to a specific profile. If multiple domain names are assigned to a profile, you can view them via a dropdown list. This is convenient for those who manage several domains and have multiple contact profiles.
For developers this is especially handy — if you work with multiple domains for different clients, you can quickly check which domain is linked to a particular profile.
Added Windows Server 2019 OS for dedicated servers
When renting DS with the Windows Server operating system, users by default receive the latest 2025 version. But we understand that some tasks require an older version — for example, some software is better compatible with Windows 2019. Thanks to this option, clients have a wider choice and can comfortably work with familiar programs.
Accelerated operations in Storage
All operations in Storage are now executed at maximum speed. For example, creating a user or restoring a snapshot is performed instantly — previously these actions could take up to 30 seconds.
Added the Polish language to the hosting control panel
In our hosting control panel you can now choose not only Ukrainian, English, or Russian, but also Polish.
