From October 23, 2026, the terms for the removal of VDS servers in case of non-payment will change, as well as the cost of additional paid administration work.
What happens to VDS after the paid period ends
After the paid period ends, the following conditions will apply:
- On the 1st day of overdue, the server will be deactivated.
- On the 11th day of overdue, the server will be moved to the archive. Until this time, you can restore the server's operation by paying for the service extension.
- The server image may be stored in the archive for 35 days, after which it will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
If you did not manage to pay for the service within 11 days from the end date and the server has been moved to the archive, please contact technical support to clarify the possibility of its recovery.
How to avoid server downtime
We recommend paying for the service in advance or enabling automatic payment in the control panel. You can also add our Telegram bot to receive notifications about the expiration of services.

How much will additional paid administration cost
If you need help with software installation or updates, server configuration, website migration, or other technical tasks, you can order paid administration.
Hourly payment and urgent work
New rates for additional work:
- During working hours — from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM — 1000 UAH/hour.
- Outside working hours — 1500 UAH/hour.
- Minimum order — 1 hour.
- Urgent execution out of turn — an additional 600 UAH one-time fee. Performed if there is free time available for employees.
Monthly monitoring and extended administration
Monthly services are also available: server monitoring — 400 UAH/month and extended administration — 1500 UAH/month.
The extended administration package includes 3 hours of work by a system administrator during working hours and 24/7 monitoring. Premium administration is charged at double the rate of standard administration.
How to order server administration
To order work, create a request to technical support from the control panel and describe your task.
Important: a request for service execution does not guarantee its execution within the framework of paid administration. Company employees have a specific profile of work and skills in using a limited range of software, so the possibility of executing each task is assessed individually.
