How to enable auto-renewal of the service?

Auto-renewal is provided for the domain name extension service and involves automatic debiting of funds from your account balance and extension of the service for 1 year.

To enable domain auto-renewal:

  1. Go to the section:
    [cp.cityhost.ua -- domains]
  2. Check the auto-renew feature:




  • a day before the end of the service, the domain will be extended for one year, if there are enough funds on the balance;
  • in case of unsuccessful auto-renewal, you will be sent an SMS with detailed information, and the error will be duplicated to our technical support department for prompt resolution of the problem.
