How to get a contract?

If you want to receive a contract, send an email to support@cityhost.net.ua with the following data:

• • Company details (full legal name, EDRPOU, IBAN, Bank, MFI)
• • Signatory's full name
• • Position and basis of which the signatory acts (Charter / Power of Attorney)
• • Document management system where to send the contract (name of the EDO system + identifier)

We will prepare the contract and send it through the electronic document management system.

How to get accounting documents?

Accounting documents are provided through electronic document management systems Vchasno, Paperless, Medoc or FlyDoc.

In the process of issuing an invoice for payment for a legal entity, you must independently choose one of the proposed document exchange services. You will also need to fill in the details of the paying company.

The certificate of work performed is sent automatically to the selected document management system within a week after payment (usually on Friday).

The invoice and other accounting documents must be requested independently. To do this, send an email to support@cityhost.net.ua, indicating the account number for which the document is required.

Please note

Cityhost has completely switched to electronic document management. The abandonment of paper meets today's environmental trends and helps preserve nature for posterity. Each document in the document management system contains an electronic digital signature (EDS) of responsible persons and has the same legal force as the paper version. 

If your company does not use electronic document management systems, we can prepare physical copies of documents with wet seals and send them by mail. The deadline for sending documents in this form — up to 7 business days.

To receive physical copies, send a request to support@cityhost.net.ua from the email address you specified when registering your account. This is required to identify you as the service owner. Example of a letter:
