This error indicates that the FTP user has reached the maximum number of simultaneous active connections to the FTP server.
The error can manifest itself, for example, by trying to connect to an FTP server from the same device multiple times without completing the previous active connection, thus reaching the maximum number of concurrent active connections allowed.
• Terminate other active connections in the FTP client before starting a new one.
• Limit the number of simultaneously active connections in FTP client settings, as they can be created without your knowledge. Changing this setting will not affect already started connections, but will affect all subsequent ones.
• Use passive file transfer mode.
• If additional firewalls or antiviruses are installed on the device, turn them off while working with FTP, or reconfigure them, as they may interfere with the connection process.
• Connect via SFTP (SSH) using the connection details from the [SSH section] . Please note that to use SFTP, you need to [enable SSH service] , add your IP to [allowed list] and specify port 22 in the FTP client at the connection stage.
• Wait for the automatic termination of previous connections due to their inactivity, the life time of each connection is ~60 minutes.
