Ordering and continuation of services for public organizations

State authorities, schools, higher educational institutions, city and military administrations, other institutions financed from the state budget of Ukraine are exempted from the need to pay for hosting and domain names within the CityHost company. This is our additional contribution to the strength of the country and the preservation of its resources.

Ordering and extension of hosting, domain or hosting+domain services for budget organizations is possible free of charge.

How to make a free order of services

1. Order the necessary service ( hosting, domain or hosting+domain ) on the main page of the company cityhost.ua

2. Select the required tariff plan and enter the domain name for registration (if necessary), then click the Order button.

3. We check the order in the consolidated table and make sure that there is no check mark opposite Taking into account the funds on the balance, after which we press the button Write out the invoice .

4. Select the legal entity for payment and check the State structure item and press the button Unsubscribe .

5. On the page that opens, download the application form for receiving services free of charge, print it, fill it out, sign it and send it to support@cityhost.net.ua from the e-mail address you specified during account registration, after which wait for a response and activation of services within a few hours on working days.

Continuation of services on a free basis

1. To continue existing services, go to the extension of the required hosting or in your control panel [according to the instructions] . If you need to renew the domain as well, don't forget to check domain renewal at this stage of creating an account.

2. Select the legal entity for payment and check the item State structure and press the button Write out an invoice .

3. On the page that opens, download the application form for receiving services free of charge, print it, fill it out, sign it and send it to support@cityhost.net.ua from the e-mail address you specified during account registration, after which wait for a response and activation of services within a few hours on working days.
