Only user files in the WWW folder and user-created databases are backed up. Backup copies of settings of WWW domains, redirects, mailboxes or any other elements are not created.
Seven backup copies are always available to users: for the last three days and for the last four Sundays .
Restoring data from backup copies is carried out according to the schedule and can take from 5 minutes or more, depending on the amount of data to be restored.
The letter confirming the completion of the backup / archive creation may be delivered to your mailbox with a delay of several minutes to several hours.
