On the eve of the May holidays, we inform you about the working hours of our support service:
- holidays and weekends — from May 1 to 4 and from May 9 to 11;
- working days — from May 5 to 8.
Your payments will be credited automatically if the payment destination is correctly specified. You can view information about the account number in the "My payment" section.
Please replenish the balance in advance and try to resolve all issues before the holidays.
Technical support will work on weekends. If you have any questions during the work, you can contact us for help by e-mail: support@cityhost.net.ua. Emergency issues related to the operation of the company's equipment are, as always, resolved over the phone.
