How to transfer VDS/DS service to another cityhost user?
The transfer of the service implies the transfer of full access control to another user.
To transfer the service, you need:
- download the application form for (individuals) or for (legal entities) ;
- fill out this application;
- scan a copy of the application or send a photo in good quality:
— for physics persons: attach a scanned copy of the first and second pages of the passport, as well as the "Registration" page;
— for law persons: the application must be written on behalf of the manager or the manager, certified with a seal, and scanned copies of the extract from the register must also be provided;
- the application together with the required list of documents should be sent to the email address: support@cityhost.net.ua or submit an application from your personal account and attach the prepared package of documents in an attachment;
- applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis within three working days;
- you will receive a corresponding message to your email after the application has been processed.
