How to grant (delegate) access to manage the service?

Delegating a service — is a temporary transfer of rights to manage your service to another client. The user receives full access to the settings but cannot purchase additional options, change the owner, or perform other paid operations.

Access can only be delegated to a user who is already registered in our system. If your specialist does not have an account yet, they can create one on the REGISTRATION PAGE.

To set up delegation access, go to your Control Panel

Select the menu item SETTINGSDelegated Services

Create a delegation request. In the upper right corner of the page, click the Delegate Service button.

In the dropdown list, select the types of services (Hosting, Domain, VDS/DS, or only DNS) and click NEXT:

! Note: Managing a domain and DNS records — are different services.

  1. When delegating a domain, access to DNS is granted automatically.
  2. If you want to transfer only the domain without DNS rights, simply uncheck the box in the Select DNS.
  3. Only one additional user can manage one service at a time.

Enter the email or ID of the user's personal account to whom you are granting access. Click Next.

Enter the code from the SMS that will be sent to your registered phone number.

Select the date until which the delegation will be valid.

Note: Access will be revoked on the selected date at 00:00. If the delegation period is longer than the payment period for the service, access will be automatically closed at the moment the service is deleted.

Check the user's data and the list of services. If everything is correct — click Next

After confirming the action, the service will be instantly delegated to another user and will appear in their control panel.

Please note:

  • the user will receive full access to manage the service;
  • paid operations and changing the owner will be unavailable;
  • delegation is not available for test services.
