What should I do if I lost access to the resources I specified during registration (phone, email, OTP)?
for constant control of services, their continuation, as well as maintenance of working capacity, it is a mandatory condition to maintain up-to-date data of your account, namely, registration email, phone number or OTP device.
In case of loss of access to the registration email address:
- download the application form for (individuals) or for (legal entities) ;
- fill out this application;
- scan a copy of the application or send a photo in good quality:
— for physics persons: attach a scanned copy of the first and second pages of the passport, as well as the "Registration" page; — for law persons: the application must be written on behalf of the manager or the manager, certified with a seal, and scanned copies of the extract from the register must also be provided;

In case of loss of access to the telephone registration number:
- download the application form for (individuals) or for (legal entities) ;
- fill out this application;
- scan a copy of the application or send a photo in good quality:
— for physics persons: attach a scanned copy of the first and second pages of the passport, as well as the "Registration" page; — for law persons: the application must be written by proxy or by the manager, certified with a seal, and scanned copies of the extract from the register must also be provided.

In case of loss of access to the device for generating OTP codes (two-step authorization):
- download the application form for (natural persons) or for (legal persons) ;
- fill out this application;
- scan a copy of the statement or send a photo in good quality:
— for physics persons: attach a scanned copy of the first and second pages of the passport, as well as the "Registration" page; — for law persons: the application must be written by a power of attorney or manager, certified with a seal, and scanned copies of the extract from the register must also be provided.

- the application together with the required list of documents should be sent to the email address: support@cityhost.net.ua or submit an application from your personal account and attach the prepared package of documents in an attachment;
- applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis within three working days;
- you will receive a corresponding message to your email after the application has been processed.
