The constructor does not load in the Safari browser

In order to fully use the site builder hosted by Cityhost using the Safari browser, you need to allow pop-up windows, otherwise nothing will happen when you start the designer, and in the upper part of the browser you will see a message that a pop-up window was blocked, which is quite easy to miss.

To unblock pop-up windows on Cityhost hosting

  1. Click on the Safari button in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. In the menu that opens, click on the Options button...
  3. Go to the Websites tab
  4. Scroll down the left menu until you see the Pop-ups button and click on it
  5. In the list of domains, find the domain cp.cityhost.ua and select Allow next to it

After making changes to the settings, simply reload the control panel page and open the site builder again.
