How to enable/disable gzip compression?

By default, the option is enabled for all sites.
The minimum size of a compressed file is 1024 bytes, i.e. 1 kByte.

Compressing files smaller than 1 KB is not rational because:
1. it makes no sense to compress small files;
2. the load spent on compressing small files can significantly affect performance.

To enable or disable compression, go to the control panel: [link to control panel]

Go to the [SITES] tab and click on the [MANAGEMENT] button:

Opposite the item [GZIP COMPRESSION], select the status of this function (enabled / disabled) necessary for the operation of your site:
