This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that Cityhost (hereinafter - the Contractor) can obtain about users of the site and services (hereinafter Users) during the use of the site cityhost.ua and its subdomains, as well as during the use of the provided services and products.

By registering on the site, you consent to the processing of personal information for the purpose of providing services.

1. Types of personal information.

1.1. Personal information entered by the user in the registration and order form on the site in the amount necessary for the possibility of providing services (name, email, phone number, postal address and other data openly requested by the site). If necessary, employees may request additional information and documents for full identification of the service owner.

1.2. Information about visiting the site, which is automatically collected by our servers to save settings - cookies, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of request.

1.3. When registering domains for the purpose of providing the domain registration service, the following personal information is collected:

for individuals: P.I.B. postal address, contact e-mail and phone number .

for legal entities: Official name of the organization, postal address, contact e-mail and phone number .

The above-mentioned data are transferred to domain zone registries during domain re-registration to indicate them as data of the registrant (domain owner) in the whois database .

2. The purpose of collecting personal information.

2.2. Identification of the service customer.

2.3. Notifying customers about the status of application processing.

2.4. Notifications about new services and services, special offers and discounts.

2.5. Prevention of fraud.

2.6. Creating a service user account.

2.7. Confirmation of completeness and authenticity of personal data.

2.8. Saving individual settings on the site.

2.9. Protection of the rights, property and security of users, the performer and customer sites, including for the detection and prevention of fraud, within the framework of Ukrainian legislation and the requirements of a public offer.

2.10. Other purposes related to the proper provision of services.

3. Providing access to personal information.

3.1. Personal information is provided to third parties if the user has given his permission, as well as if the information was already publicly available at the time of transfer.

3.2. In order to comply with the legislation of Ukraine, personal information is provided at the request of state bodies, as well as in response to other legal requests from organizations and individuals who have the right to receive such information in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and have provided the necessary supporting documents.

3.3. In those domain zones in which their administrators provide for the hiding of personal data in the WHOIS database for individuals on a free basis, the data is hidden by default during domain registration.

Disclosure of registrant's (domain owner's) personal data is possible only with written consent to the publication of personal data by the current domain owner.

3.3.1. Withdrawal of permission to publish the registrant's personal data does not entail termination of domain maintenance services by the Contractor.

3.3.2. Clauses 3.3 and 3.3.1 do not apply to domains registered by registrants whose legal entities are listed in the whois database.

4. Protection of information.

We take all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include, in particular, an internal review of the processes of collection, storage and processing of personal data and security measures, including appropriate encryption and measures to ensure the physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access.
